Our Facility
The Pavilion by Hilton is downtown San Antonio’s premiere event venue. A two-story limestone and wood structure built in the late 1800’s, located in HemisFair Park. The historic building has been renovated into an elegant meeting and event venue. Take a walk through the ballrooms at the Hilton Palacio del Rio and Pavilion by Hilton.
You may select one or both the main and upper level:
- Capacity for the main floor room is 150.
- Capacity for the upstairs room is 180. The upstairs room includes access to an intimate balcony. Perfect for breaks during day long meetings, or an ideal setting for a cocktail or happy hour.
The opportunities are endless for room setups, access and special requests. Best of all, our professional event and catering staff from Hilton Palacio del Rio will ensure that your guests will be very impressed with whatever function you are planning.
